Pantropic Online is not your typical systems integrator or value added reseller. Instead of being a “jack of all trades, master of none”, Pantropic made the decision to focus its efforts solely on meeting the demand for data protection, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
Since 1999, Pantropic has brought to this region a multitude of award winning enterprise class platforms that enable online collaboration and the protection of critical data, applications, and emails when disaster strikes.
In 2004, Pantropic became the Asian distributor of the pioneering software from Asigra Inc., which enables agentless online backup to an off-site disk-based storage infrastructure. The platform was widely used throughout the world by managed service providers. For the first time, Pantropic made the Asigra platform available to enterprises that wanted to implement the solution in-house.
Pantropic was the original distributor of XOsoft in Singapore. In 2006, when CA acquired XOsoft, Pantropic became a CA “Premier Partner”. Now, Pantropic boasts the most experienced CA XOsoft implementation team in the region.
In 2009, Pantropic launched the ATEGO™ Remote Backup Service. This enterprise class service, based on the Asigra Televaulting solution, enables companies to backup their critical business data, across the internet in de-duplicated, compressed and encrypted format, to our backup servers hosted at a secure data center in Singapore.
Pantropic's goal is to help organizations plan and prepare for disaster. We seek to implement solutions that make organizations more resilient to hardware failures, natural disasters, or other planned and unplanned disruptions. By identifying potential threats and weaknesses in existing IT infrastructure and procedures, we hope to make organizations recognize their operational risks to key business functions. We then consult with the customers on the range of options to remove or mitigate the risks.
Pantropic also works with a number of partners to provide a wider range of business continuity solutions and consulting in the region.
