AnyBackup
Eisoo Technology’s disk-based backup software, AnyBackup, had a humble beginning when it was first released in 2003. AnyBackup started out as freeware for home users, and then evolved into a Shareware product targeting small businesses. You can still find obsolete versions of the software online.
With the latest release of the software, version 3.0, Eisoo has made huge strides in refining the product and preparing it for the international market. Through Eisoo’s collaboration with Dell, the latest version is greatly improved, and is firmly targeting the small and medium enterprise market.
AnyBackup offers SME’s who want to back up their data to onsite storage a fast and affordable alternative to traditional tape backup. The platform also gives users the option to replicate the onsite disk based Media Server to a remote media server for disaster recovery purposes.
AnyBackup has a strong customer base in China and is sold there through channel partners and OEM partners, including Microsoft and Dell. Customers include China Telecom, People’s Bank of China, State Council of China, and Siemens Communications. Pantropic is their first authorized distributor and reseller in Singapore.

Centralized Backup: AnyBackup lets you back up data from desktops, laptops and servers.
Incremental Backup: Only the changed blocks in your database, and changed files since your last backup, are sent to the backup media server.
Supported Platforms: The backup agent is able to support a wide number of platforms in the Standard edition. Additional platforms can be supported by purchasing optional modules.
Price: AnyBackup’s humble origins are still evident in their pricing structure. As this company seeks to expand internationally and make a name for itself, the pricing strategy is aggressive, which is good news for customers.
