Pantropic is pleased to announce that it has successfully completed re-certification to the ISO22301 standard for Business Continuity Systems.  Pantropic has been certified since 2013 when it became the first (and only) DR focused systems integrator in Singapore to be certified.  The reasons for getting certified were multifold.  Management wanted to show customers that they “walked the talk”. Pantropic wasn’t just in the business of selling disaster recovery, they also implemented best practices internally.  The company also wanted to reassure customers that they could continue to deliver key DR services even if a disaster struck.  This is the core of what the ISO standard tries to achieve.  This ability to work with a vendor (contractor) that can prove it is reliable is increasingly becoming a requirement in IT tenders.
